What We Do?
JAYCO Threads was founded and incepted in 1971. We are the front runners in manufacturing high quality industrial and domestic sewing threads. We manufacture all kinds of polyester, cotton, poly-cotton and polypropylene threads in variable sizes and weights depending on client requirement.
Our products are also well accepted overseas with our exports ranging to several countries across Asia, Africa and Europe. Our continuous focus lies on expanding, developing and exceeding the expectations of our customers in technology, quality and service.

Our Products
1) Polyester sewing threads
- Made from 100% polyester yarn that ensures their durability and excellent strength.
- Our threads are available in different thickness and sizes and can also be customized according to the need of the client.
- Our threads are available in several shades and colours.
- Threads made from special high tenacity fibre are also available which give excellent sewing performance.
2)Polyester bag closing threads:
- Made from excellent high quality virgin ibre that ensures excellent performance.
- Variable packaging ranging from 200 grams to 5 kg which ensures minimal wastage and optimum usage for each customer depending on their requirement.
- Minimum weight of inner empty cone which ensures cost effectiveness for the user.
- Wax lubricated thread which ensures smooth passage of the thread from the needle and near zero breakage.
- Export worthy packing in corrugated boxes.
- Available in 3/12, 4/12, 3/10, 3/08, 5/12, 6/20 and 9/20 forms.
3)Polypropylene bag closer threads
- High tenacity polypropylene multi filament threads for mouth stitching of suitable bags (HDPE, PP)
- Ideal to stitch mouth when packing material is acidic in nature as polypropylene doesn’t degrade in acidic material.
- High quality UV treated threads
